Name	Beijing high-tech startup service center
Brief introduction	Beijing high-tech startup service center is a public intuition with independent corporate capacity directly under Beijing committee of science and technology, which was established in 1989 and is the earliest high-tech business incubator. It is in the Zhongguancun scientific area, close to Beijing-Changping speedway and North 4th ring road, with convenient traffic and outstanding environment. The incubator area is 8300 m 2 . The center provides science offices, project evaluation, annual audit, policy consulting, investment and financing consulting, law consulting, achievement identifying, domestic and international talent training, “torch plan” project reporting, creative fund of medium and small enterprises recommending and accepting, national key scientific projects and new products evaluating and supervisoring.
