On March 5, the 11th Awards for “Jinqiao” Prize of Beijing Technical Market, and the work meeting of Beijing Technical Market was solemnly held. Zhaofengtong, Vice Mayor of Beijing, Wushixiong, Vice Director of Civic People’s Congress, and Handeqian, Chairman of Chinese Technical Market Association attended this meeting.
The 11th “Jinqiao” Prize of Beijing Technical Market, in accordance with the principles of openness, equity and justice, after the expert evaluation and on-line public announcement, choose through appraisal, 46 collectivity awards, 27 project awards, 46 personal awards, and 1 regional cooperation award. At the same time, 8 collectivity awards and 6 personal awards of technology contract registry were selected through appraisal.
In 2007, Beijing Technical Market continuously kept the good growth momentum. In the whole year, 50972 technical contracts were signed, and the amount of business transacted was 882.56 billion Yuan, 26.56% more than the previous year. Flow direction of technology was showing the structure of “three-five-two”. The amount of contract deal flowed to Beijing was 264.21 billion Yuan, accounting for 29.94% of total amount of technology contracts. The amount of contract deal flowed to other provinces or cities was 407.43 billion Yuan, accounting for 46.16%. The amount of technique export was 210.92 billion Yuan, accounting for 23.90%. The amount of great technological contract dealing had significant growth. Great technological contracts whose amount was over 1000 million Yuan (including 1000 million) was 928, the amount of traction arriving to 544.76 billion Yuan, 56.53% more than the previous year, accounting for 61.72% of total amount of technology contracts.
The establishment of around-Bohai technology transfers alliance powerfully promoted the regional economy and technique cooperation. In 2007, Hebei Province was the No. 1 province in list of absorbing technology from Beijing in China, and absorbed 1814 technologies from Beijing, and the amount of business transacted was 63.97 billion Yuan, almost 2.5 times more than the previous year. Shanxi Province was the No. 2, absorbing 946 technologies, and the amount of business transacted was 31.97 billion Yuan, increasing by 71.92%.
Beijing Technology Market had become the accelerator of promoting companies being innovation subjects. In 2007, companies outputted more than 40000 technologies, and the amount of business transacted was 839.83 billion Yuan, 30% more than the previous year, accounting for 95.16% of the total amount of outputted technology contract deal. Companies absorbed 37514 technologies, and the amount of business transacted was 702.91 billion Yuan, increasing by 21.41%, accounting for 76.94% of the total amount of outputted technology contract deal. Companies had become the subjects of buyers and sellers in Beijing Technology Market, and their ability of self-innovation was also made a new promotion, which accelerated the companies becoming the subjects of technology innovation.
Beijing Technology Market powerfully drove mechanism and system innovation of technology transfer, taking deepening scientific mechanism reformation as the main line, grasping firmly technology transfer - the key line of achievements industrialization, and pushed the building of intermediary service system for technology vigorously.
