| | The information gotten from the management commission of the Zhngguancun zone shows the companies set by the people who have studied abroad are 1785 and take account of the 15%. A lot of people who have studied abroad start an undertaking in home which not only promote the personnel advantage, but bring the build-up effect and deeply affect industry development, technical creation, market environment, human culture.
Up to the end of June, the carve out service headquarters for the studied abroad people in the Zhongguancun zone scientific and technical park have received 16510 men-times, average 20 men-times and two enterprises setup at each workdays. At present, in the park these are 4900 people who have studied abroad except these who work in the universities, institutes, government, and is 3.6 times than 1999. The total registered capitals of these enterprise is 1.9 billion yuan and lead the hundred billion cooperative capitals and absorb 40,000 advanced research person with ability. These data shows the abroad research and developing teams have been preliminarily formed.
Many important technology innovation project came forth in the park. It is accounted that 57% of the people carved out in the park have the personal scientific and technological achievements, 44% have the patents which belong to China.
The deputy director of the park Xia Yingqi considered that the strength of the international cooperative, synchronized competition in the science research and the internationalization if the management methods, ideal and corporation culture contribute to the regression of the many high-quality people studied abroad. The value of the Zhongguancun zone represented on only at the intellectuality density, but also on the synchronized development of the international economy and the international competition abilities, whose meaning have exceeded the industry self.
