| Beijing Municipal Government and SPX Beijing Center jointly hold a training class of “the Competitiveness of Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises ” |
| | September 15, 2004, a training class named “the Competitiveness of Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises ” was held in Beijing Taishen Xianghe village. It was organized by National Development and Reform Commission of China and undertook by Beijing Productivity and Promoting Center and SPX Beijing center.
The goal of the class “the Competitiveness of Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises ” is to improve the competitiveness of Chinese small and medium enterprises and explain the international industry's subcontracting activity. Thus, the leaders of small and medium enterprises can learn some rudimentary practical business administration knowledge and skills from it. The course of the training includes: SPX- the innovative Service Mode of Promoting the Development of Productivity, Hatching- the Examining Standard of Financing and Commercial Prospectus, and Modern Enterprise's Basic Management and Construction. Those enterprises that attended the class include 37 enterprises altogether, such as: Hi-Tech Garden of Zhongguancun, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Industry Development and Beijing Township Enterprises Bureau.
All students thought that the training had broadened their vision and did great help with their enterprises. And also it introduced an international way for them. The content of the training was quite practical and the details were easy to understand. Most of them thought their enterprises especially need this kind of help.
